Jeff Pearlman is Of Counsel with Lubka & White LLP. His practice focuses on construction and real estate law. Jeff has been practicing law for over twenty-five years, providing counsel to owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, environmental consulates, sureties, insurance carriers and public entities. He has extensive civil litigation experience, having handled disputes on hundreds of construction projects, some in excess of $100 million. He has also handled numerous appeals, including Mayer v. C.W. Driver (2002) 98 Cal.App.4th 48.
