CONSTRUCTION AND BUSINESS LITIGATION
CONTRACT FORMATION AND ADMINISTRATION
In these challenging times, what does your organization need from legal counsel? How about one or more of the following:
- Expertise. No one should have to pay for their attorneys to get up to speed on the legal issues facing them. Why should you pay an attorney to learn what another attorney has applied for decades? We bring our decades-long experience to bear on construction, business, employment law, and intellectual property matters.
- Counsel that has been recognized by others. Larry Lubka has been acknowledged as both a “Best Lawyer” and “Super Lawyer” for the past several years. The construction industry and the judiciary have looked to Ron for his notable litigation and mediation skills. Jeffrey Epstein has been recognized by the Los Angeles Times and Martindale-Hubbell as a “Top Rated Lawyer” for both employment law and litigation and by the Pasadena Magazine as a “Top Attorney” for employment law.
- Attorneys that take a practical value view of attorney’s fees. Is the case worth the effort? What is a cost effective strategy? We recognize that litigation is expensive and we will work with you to manage your legal costs.
- A law firm that communicates with you and responds to your inquiries. Not all issues are make or break litigation matters. Often, your accounts receivable team has a simple question that needs a prompt response. Call us and see what happens!
Our clients range from multi-billion dollar developers, large public entities, large subcontractors, suppliers, artists, mom and pop contractors and subcontractors, start-ups, and individuals.
The principals have worked on many traditional construction, real estate and commercial litigation matters. However, much of their work has been fairly esoteric, ranging from audits of large nuclear power plant construction, representing hundreds of homeowners on earthquake insurance coverage claims, the construction of a 60 foot sculpture and the fabrication and installation of a municipal bicycle rack.
